AssureCare's Carlton Rodrigo Named to Cincinnati Business Courier's 2026 ‘40 Under 40’

A ten-year journey at AssureCare, four promotions, a leader who has been raising the bar since day one.

AssureCare today announced that Carlton Rodrigo, Senior Director of Account Management, has been named to the Cincinnati Business Courier's 2026 40 Under 40 Class. This programis an annual recognition of the region's most accomplished leaders under the age of 40.

Carlton's commitment to better health outcomes took hold early, during college summers volunteering at a hospital in Liberia. He earned his bachelor's degree at Xavier University and stayed on to complete a dual master's in health services administration (MHSA) and business administration (MBA). His journey then took him to Mercy Health, where he drove quality improvement and population health initiatives across Southwest Ohio. With that passion for population health, and an interest in technology, he joined AssureCare in 2016 as a Business Analyst. Ten years and four promotions later, he is one of the company's most trusted voices -a leader whose scope now spans projects, teams, and departments across the organization.
