Grants Pass Pharmacy is a community pharmacy established in 1933. They offer a wide range of services including prescribing, consulting, counseling, and immunizations.
As the role of pharmacists expand to provide more clinical services, pharmacists need a platform that enables them to medically bill for these services. At Grants Pass, the pharmacists were providing and medically billing for tobacco cessation services and vaccine assessment and administration, with plans to expand into travel medicine, medically billed medication therapy management services, DME, and additional clinical services. They needed to not only bill for those services, but also needed revenue cycle management services to manage the claims production and reimbursement cycle.
